*If you are in a delivery area and the checkout screen says delivery is not possible, please contact us with your Postal code and Address. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

*If you are outside the delivery area, please contact us.
If there is a delivery in a city around your residence, we may contact you.

*Also, if you leave your name and address in the Delivery Area Request App, we will keep your information in our waiting list. Please make use of it.

We will contact you regarding delivery two days prior to delivery.

Basically, deliveries are delivered on Monday through Friday within a week. However, delivery may exceed one week due to busy season. Sometimes you may not hear from us since your purchase, but we will try to deliver within a week of your order.

If there are any changes to your delivery, please do so after you have received your delivery notice.

Yes, Frozen products are available for pick up, and in case of pick up, it’s not necessary pre-order, simply come to our store to get it!

  • Pickup orders are not accepted at the online store.
  • It’s not necessary pre-order, but if you would like to keep your items, or if you would like to order a lot of items, please call or message us.

 

We sell Frozen Ramen at store for pick up as well :)

In this case, it’s not necessary to do pre-order.

Sorry for that problems.

Most of this problem comes down to the way you enter your address.
Addresses are judged against Google Suggestion, so it is recommended that you use Google Suggestion as it is for your address first.
Especially keep the postal code even if it is different from usual.


Make sure you do the following...

  • You're spending $50 or more before tax.
  • Room and unit number are entered in the second box.
  • Postal code follows Google Suggestion auto-filling (if it's not correct, please prioritize Google Suggestion. No need to worry about mis-delivery because it' s our own delivery).
  • Ordering from within the delivery area.
