Spring is just around the corner, and we are thrilled to announce a delicious update to our menu starting February 2026! At ramen RAIJIN, we are constantly exploring new ways to bring the authentic taste of Japan to downtown Toronto.

This isn’t your average potato salad. We’ve elevated this classic Japanese side dish (“Potesara”) by folding in savory smoked beef and topping it with a perfectly soy-marinated egg and crispy fried onions.
