We’re excited to announce the launch of KARAIJIRO, a bold and fiery version of our beloved RAIJIRO. Inspired by traditional Jiro-kei ramen from Tokyo, KARAIJIRO takes the richness and intensity of RAIJIRO to a new level with the power of spice and flavor customization.

KARAIJIRO is everything you love about Jiro-kei ramen, turned up a notch:
- Extra thick, chewy noodles (180g–360g depending on size)
- Juicy pork slices (BUTA 120g)
- Mountain of bean sprouts and cabbage (350g)
- Pork back fat for richness
- Fresh chopped garlic
- Our signature house-made spicy paste and chili powder, carefully blended to add heat without overpowering the umami
Every bowl is a full-flavored, satisfying experience with a spicy kick that builds gradually with each bite.

KARAIJIRO comes with our special house blend vinegar, designed specifically for Jiro-kei style ramen. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a “味変 (aji-hen)”, or flavor shift, midway through your bowl.
